Cancellation Policy
Pro-rata refund in case of a timely cancellation (conditions apply)
Cancellations need to be in writing and should be sent by email or fax
The following percentages shall be retained:
25% of fee if cancelled less than 30 days prior to arrival
50% of fee if cancelled less than 14 days prior to arrival
75% of fee if cancelled less than 7 days prior to arrival
100% of fee if cancelled less than 48 hours prior to arrival
